Wisconsin may not have any actual mountains to climb, but there are rocks and hills and an overabundance of ideal off-roading spots so when the new Land Rover LR4 boasts about its infamous “Rock Crawl” Terrain Response system option,  America’s Dairlyland capital can join in the excitement.  Regardless of the terrain, Land Rover introduces a vehicle that makes a trek over the Rockies feel like a nap in your backyard hammock.

Land Rover first introduced the upcoming 2010 LR4 on the eve of the New York Auto show and this decked-out LR3 upgrade offers a ton of very practical, innovative, and as the kids are saying these days, very ‘fresh’ features.  Technically speaking, it packs a refined direct-injected 5.0-liter V8 sourced from Jaguar putting 375 hp and 375 lb-ft of torque through a six-speed automatic transmission.  This Madison new car delivers 25% more power and 19% more torque than the previous 4.4 liter engine.
